Consulting and implementation of ITIL® FRAMEWORK in companies

The IT Information Library - also known as ITIL® - is one of the most common and well-known best practices frameworks for IT. ITIL® focuses on the service cycle and supports the interaction between the IT organization and other stakeholders. ITIL® is de facto the "standard" for companies that want to continuously develop their IT strategies and implement their results. Business/IT Process Design and Modeling with BPMN

The Business Process Management Notation (BPMN), which has been developed by Object Management Group (OMG: http://www.bpmn.org/) to date, is mainly used for the graphical representation of processes. The notation provides a common language for graphical process design and modeling. Nowadays the notation is supported and further developed by many software manufacturers such as SAP and IBM. Our consultants are also available for our customers in process design as well as in modeling and optimization.

Many companies use extremely many IT security measures, which are associated with enormous continuous costs. Implementation of international standards such as ISO 27K series in companies that promise better IT security, however, require a lot of effort and additional bureaucracy.
